Madagascar material: Pier M. Larson's lists and catalogue now available online
Pier M. Larson, visited the Mission Archives in 1988-1989. He compiled lists and a catalogue of selected holdings of material related to the work of the Norwegian Mission Society in Madagascar 1866-1899. With his permission the lists and catalogue have been scanned and are now available here on our website. See items #27-29 on our presentation of catalogues.
The two documents have these titles:
"Lists of documents contained in the Larson catalog of the Madagascar holdings of the Hjemme-arkiv (1866-1899), by Pier M. Larson, University of Wisconsin-Madison, U.S.A.. Stavanger, 16. March 1989".
"Catalog of Madagascar holdings contained in the Hjemme-arkiv of the Norwegian Missionary Society also indicating which documents were printed in Norsk Misjonstidende, by Pier M. Larson, University of Wisconsin-Madison. Stavanger, 15. March 1989."
