Current project (2007 - ): PhD project on LRA and the Ten Commandments

Project title: The role of the Ten Commandments in the rhetorics of the Lord's Resistance Army.

Project description: The project is part of a larger, joint project between the School of Mission and Theology (Stavanger, Norway), Makerere University (Kampala, Uganda) and Tumaini University (Usa River, Tanzania). The larger project - which focuses on the role of religion in reintegration into society of female ex-child soldiers in Northern Uganda - includes three PhD students and six to seven senior researchers.
