Research groups

The School of Mission and Theology (MHS) has for the period of 2008-2012 established three interdisciplinary research groups in order to focus the research at the school on three key areas. The three research groups are:

  1. Reintegration of Former Child Soldiers in Uganda and The Democratic Republic of Congo
  2. Religion and Culture Globally and Locally Negotiated
  3. Core, Context and Culture: The Hermeneutical Significance of Context and Liminality

In this period, most of the research activities at MHS will take place within the framework of these three research groups. Information about the groups with regard to main research problems, subprojects, participants, publications and activities can be found by following the links.

The title of my PhD project is: "FROM RECONCILIATION TO GOD TO PEACE WITH HUMANS: Historical Interpretation of Ephesians 2:11-22 with Reflection of its Value to the Malagasy Meaning of Reconciliation and Peace."
